About the Black History Month Allyship Toolkit

Black History Month 2025 is an opportunity to do more than mark a moment — it’s a chance to spark conversations, build awareness, and embed lasting cultural change. The Black History Month Allyship Toolkit: 31 Days of Allyship and Action equips your employees to move beyond symbolic gestures and take meaningful action. Over October, participants will engage in daily prompts, guided discussions, and practical tools that turn learning into real cultural impact. This programme gives your organisation a structured, action-focused way to celebrate Black History Month while developing confident Allyship Ambassadors who will carry the work forward throughout the year.

What People are Saying

Discover how the Black History Month Allyship Toolkit is inspiring action, empowering organisations, and driving meaningful change.

Allyship is a verb not a noun. This was one of many profound things I learned about allyship in the Allyship leadership training led by Chikere Igbokwe. On the program commited change makers were given the opportunity to connect with allyship champions from almost every part of life and difference category (gender, LGTBQIA+, religion, race, neurodiversity and more.) If you know deep down that you can and want to make a bigger impact in your allyship, this is the program for you!
